How Does MAP System Work?
The easiest way to explain the MAP system is “Acceleration of Reverse Compounding”.

This tool acts similarly to a primary checking account and must be set up with an open-end interest calculation (rather than a closed-end interest calculation). Combined with the MAP System’s custom-coded and customized-for-you web-based program, this creates an easy-to-follow system in which the money in your line of credit account generates an accelerated scheduled interest cancellation on your primary mortgage (and other debts should you choose that free option).
3. Our Proprietary Mortgage Acceleration Plus System platform.The online MAP System makes a virtual connection between your bank account, the Mortgage Checking Account (MCA) as applicable, and your primary (typically first) mortgage. Each time you transfer income into your MCA, it immediately registers as a decrease to your interest accruing balance. By decreasing the balance on which interest accrues, you increase the portion of your monthly payment which is credited toward your principal pay down. This “snowballs” (reverse compounding) until you are paying off your debt at an astounding rate!
